About FITZ FIRE & SECURITY

Who we are

FITZ FIRE & SECURITY was founded with one aim: to deliver high-quality fire protection and security systems that give our customers real peace of mind. We've become a trusted partner for businesses and homeowners who take safety seriously.

Our team

Our engineers are handpicked for their technical ability, then go through a strict in-house training programme before they work on customer systems. We don't stop there: every engineer's competency is confirmed through third-party and manufacturer training, so the people working on your fire alarm, CCTV, access control or gates are trained and assessed on the exact equipment they install.

Between them, our team covers fire safety, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and gate automation, and we keep pace with changing British Standards and new technology so the systems we install today are still right tomorrow.

Ongoing technical support

We pride ourselves on the support we give long after the installation is finished. Whether we installed your system or maintain it, our team is on hand 24/7 for technical support, from help with an app or a fault on a panel to an emergency call-out.

Who we've worked for

Our clients include Kingspan, the NHS, the Natural History Museum, Goldsmiths, University of London, Mercedes-Benz, Lidl, Aldi, Estuary Living, Boyce Hill Golf & Country Club and Southend YMCA Community School, alongside homeowners, landlords and local businesses across Essex, Kent and London. We also work in high-security embassy buildings, where vetting, discretion and careful planning are part of every job.

Our approach

Every property is different, so every solution is tailored. We cover the whole journey, from fire risk assessment and design to installation, commissioning and maintenance, making sure everything meets legal and regulatory requirements.

Where we work

We operate from our office in Billericay, Essex and serve clients across our main areas of Essex, Kent and London, as well as the Home Counties and nationwide. We pride ourselves on rapid response, great customer service and round-the-clock support, and we aim to build long-term relationships with every customer.
